Notify us within 15 days after delivery to cancel an eligible order, then send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us. Customers pay change-of-mind return postage; there are no restocking or cancellation fees. Sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons are excluded from change-of-mind returns once unsealed after delivery. Faulty-goods rights remain unaffected.
If it arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we put it right at no cost to you, return postage included, and nothing limits your rights under the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022.

Still deciding?
Not sure yet? That is fine.
Tell us within 15 days after delivery if you change your mind, then send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. Original packaging is helpful but is not a condition of your statutory cancellation rights. You pay change-of-mind return postage; there are no restocking or handling fees. We refund the goods and our least expensive standard delivery charge. Any extra paid for express delivery is not refundable on a change of mind. The sealed-hygiene exception applies to eligible goods unsealed after delivery; faulty-goods rights remain protected. See our full returns policy for details.
If it turns up faulty, damaged or not as described, that is on us. Under the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022 our goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, we put it right: for a serious problem you can have a replacement or a refund, and for a smaller one we will repair or replace the item. We pay the return postage. Read the full detail on our refunds and returns page, or ask us anything before you order.
