## Prices and delivery

- All prices are in EUR (euro). No VAT is added at checkout.
- Delivery is free on orders of EUR 75 or more, measured on the price shown.
- Below that, delivery is a flat EUR 25.
- Express Delivery is available on any order for EUR 25.
- Orders arrive in 5 to 7 days across Ireland, after a 24 to 48 hour handling time.

## Returns

- Irish and EU law give 14 days from delivery to withdraw from an online purchase (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, given effect in Ireland by the Consumer Rights Act 2022). This store's own policy gives 15 days.
- Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are put right at no cost, and nothing limits a buyer's rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022.
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship.
