Bathtub rails: checking fit and mounting requirements
A bathtub rail provides a grip point beside a bath. Clamp-on and permanently mounted designs have different fitting requirements.
Measure the bath edge and check its shape and construction against the exact model instructions. Do not assume that every clamp fits every bath.
Request the model-specific load rating, installation instructions and inspection requirements before ordering. Follow those instructions and seek a qualified installer’s advice when needed.
